Founder, Nurse Practioner
Vivir Medical Aesthetics was founded by the other half of Seras Salon – Elsa Melero. We are not just a medical spa; we are the other half of our full-service beauty salon located in Northridge – Hair, nails, skincare and now – Aesthetics! We offer our clients the latest beauty and wellness treatments as well as the most cutting-edge technology to address all skin concerns and hair loss solutions. We want to provide not only the best results but also the best experiences for our clients.
We’ve created a professional yet fun environment where our clients feel comfortable and less nervous about getting medical treatments.
Elsa is a licensed nurse with 15+ years of experience. Together with Dr. Lusanik, they have over 10 years of combined experience in aesthetics. Our goal is to give you a healthy lifestyle while looking and feeling great! We specialize in wrinkle reduction with neurotoxins such as Botox and Dysport, Micro-needling with or without PRP, Hair restoration with PRP, Lip and smile-line fillers, IV therapy, Vitamin B-12 shots and more.
Vivir’s own medical director – Dr. Lusanik Galustanian, MD is our supervising physician, she is a board-certified internist in Pasadena, California. Currently holding a CA State Medical License and licensed with the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Lusanik is a certified specialist in injectable treatments and skincare. Her combination of internal medicine and aesthetics training allows her to provide personalized care that addresses a patient’s medical needs while promoting wellness and health. Having worked with some of the most talented doctors in the world, we welcome her passion and high skill set here at Vivir Medical Aesthetics.
